Dr. Marc D. Pawsat

Dr. Marc D. Pawsat, a native of Maysville, has been proudly serving his hometown community since opening the Maysville Foot and Ankle Clinic in 1994. A graduate of St. Patrick High School (Class of 1984), he went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Thomas More College in 1988. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1992, and completed a two-year surgical residency at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri.

In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Pawsat serves as Secretary of the Kentucky Podiatric Medical Association, helping to guide and uphold professional standards across the state. He is also deeply involved in the local community. Along with his wife, Stefanie, he actively supports many organizations, including the Maysville Players, the Limestone Cycling League, and the Limestone Cycling Tour committee, as well as numerous charities, clubs, fundraising events, and local businesses. Marc and Stefanie reside in Maysville with their three children—Alec, Ethan, and Olivia. For Dr. Pawsat, returning home to build his practice and care for the community that raised him has been both an honor and a privilege.
